If you are interested in ANY Tooth Jewelry BESIDES the Swarovski Gem please refrain from booking without personally speaking with me first. This is to ensure that we have the Jewel you would like in stock. If we do not have the jewel in our inventory, we will order it for you and let you know when it gets here. After it arrives you can book your appointment to have it put on. WE DO TRAVEL, please contact us for rates.
1. A non-refundable deposit of $20.00 is required when booking an appointment and consulting about a jewel. This is a to avoid cancellations and no-shows!
Your deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.

IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 5 HOURS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED
2. Final payment is accepted via CashApp, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal or Cash Only! Credit/Debit card payments are not accepted! Please do not ask if other methods such as zelle are accepted.
We only accept what is listed above.
3. Please do not arrive with company unless we are notified beforehand! They will not be allowed to enter unless we have had a conversation regarding their presence.
4. Continuously rescheduling/canceling/no-show appointments will cause you to be banned from scheduling appointments with us after the second time!
6. Please! Be prompt and on-time! There is a 10-minute grace period!After 10 minutes you will be charged a $15.00 late fee for every 10 minutes until you arrive. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be asked to reschedule.
7. If you book a service and choose to change your service there is a $10 service change fee.
8. We are located in Roanoke,Va. The address will be provided via text message or email once your appointment has been booked and your deposit has been made!
